Roger Helmer our supportive MEP objects
Dear Mr Reeves,
As the Member of the European Parliament for Churchover, I would like to place an objection to the wind turbine proposal, reference R10/2303 on Lutterworth Road, Churchover, Rugby.
I am objecting for several reasons. Firstly, due to the health impact that wind turbines have on the local population. There is increasing evidence which shows the adverse impacts up to 5 kilometres from wind farms. Those impacts include headaches, migraines, insomnia, mood swings and depression.
Secondly, wind farms impact badly on the local wildlife, which would result in devastating losses of wildlife in the Churchover area.
I would urge you to take these factors into consideration when looking at this proposal, and I would like my objection and those from local people to be duly noted.
